1. What we sell

LDV sells digital products (“kits”): downloadable files that help you set up AI-assisted workflows. Each kit page describes what is included. Nothing is shipped; you receive files electronically.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and are one-time prices — there is no subscription or recurring charge. Payment is taken at checkout by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details. An order is confirmed when payment succeeds.

3. Delivery and downloads

Once payment is confirmed your files are available on your order page and in your account library (if you have one), and we email you a link. Each purchased kit can be downloaded up to 10 times; contact us if you need more. Please keep your order link private — anyone who has it can download your files.

4. Your licence

When you buy a kit you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own business or personal use. You may adapt the kit to your needs. You may not resell, redistribute, publish or share the files (or modified versions of them) with others, or use them to build a competing product. If you would like to use a kit for several clients or companies, please ask us first.

5. Refunds

Because digital products can’t be returned, refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Using the kits sensibly

Kits are tools. AI-generated output can be wrong or incomplete, so review anything it produces before relying on it or sending it to customers. We don’t promise any particular business result, and you are responsible for how you use a kit, including complying with the rules that apply to your business (for example on data protection and marketing).

7. Intellectual property

The kits, site and branding are owned by LDV or its licensors and are protected by copyright. Buying a kit gives you the licence in section 4 and nothing more.

8. Accounts

You can buy without an account. If you create one, keep your password safe and tell us if you think it has been misused. We may suspend accounts that are used to abuse the service, for example to share downloads widely.

9. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit or data, arising from your use of a kit, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
