What exactly do I get when I buy a kit?
A digital download. Each kit page lists what’s included under “What’s in the download”. Nothing is shipped — you receive your files on screen and by email.
How do I get my files?
As soon as your payment is confirmed you land on your order page with a download button for every file. We also email the same links. Each kit can be downloaded up to 10 times from your order page or your account library.
Do I need an account to buy?
No. Checkout only asks for your name and email. If you create an account later with the same email, your purchases appear in your library.
Is it a subscription?
No. Every kit is a one-time purchase at the price shown — there are no recurring charges.
Which payment methods can I use?
The methods offered at checkout. Payments are handled by our payment providers; we never see or store your card details.
Can I get a refund?
Digital downloads can’t be returned, so our policy is set out on the refunds page. If a file is faulty or isn’t what the page described, contact us and we’ll put it right.
I can’t find my download link.
Open your order confirmation email, or sign in to your account library — both link straight to your files. Still stuck? Send us your order number on the support page.
Can I use a kit for more than one business?
Kits are licensed for your own use within one business. If you’d like to use one for several clients or companies, get in touch first and we’ll sort out the right licence.
