What we collect

• Order details — your name, email address, what you bought, the amount, and a record of downloads.
• Account details — if you create an account: your name, email and a securely hashed password.
• Messages — anything you send through the support form.
• Newsletter — your email address, only if you opt in.
• Reviews — what you write and the name you submit it under.

Card and PayPal details are entered on our payment providers’ pages. We never receive or store them; we only get confirmation that a payment succeeded.

How we use it

• To process your order, deliver your files and email you your receipt and download links.
• To provide your account and library, and to answer your support messages.
• To send news about new kits — only if you’ve opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
• To keep the store secure and prevent abuse (for example, limiting download sharing).

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us run the store — payment processing, email delivery, hosting and file storage — and only what they need to do that job. We don’t sell your personal information.

Cookies and local storage

We use essential storage only: a cookie that keeps you signed in, and your browser’s local storage to remember what’s in your cart. We don’t currently run advertising or analytics trackers; if that changes we’ll update this page and ask first where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to support your purchase and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Support messages are kept as long as is useful to resolve your request. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To exercise any of these, contact us and we’ll help.

Security

Passwords are hashed, downloads are served through short-lived links, and payments are handled by specialist providers. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
