Refund policy

The short version

If a kit is faulty, missing files, or isn’t what its page described, tell us within 14 days of buying and we’ll fix it or refund you. Otherwise, once you’ve downloaded a kit the sale is final.

When we’ll refund

• The files are corrupt, won’t open, or are missing something the kit page says is included — and we can’t put it right quickly.
• The kit is materially different from how its page described it.
• You were charged twice for the same kit, or bought the wrong kit by mistake and haven’t downloaded any of its files.

When we can’t

• You’ve downloaded the files and simply changed your mind.
• The kit didn’t deliver a particular business result — kits are tools, and results depend on how you use them.
• More than 14 days have passed (we’ll still always try to help with a genuine fault).

How to ask

Send us a message with your order number and what went wrong. We’ll usually offer a fix first — a replacement file or help getting set up — and refund you if that doesn’t solve it.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or PayPal may take several business days to show it. When an order is refunded, downloads for it are switched off.
